In Brescia, we have developed an integrated circular economy system that creates synergies between the production of electrical energy and heat, district heating and the urban waste cycle.
With our district heating network, we are thus able – efficiently and with low environmental impact – to heat homes and other buildings, including the city’s hospitals, the Santa Giulia museum, the New and Old Cathedrals, the Law Courts building and the Teatro Grande.

Our commitment to a sustainable energy future for the city embraces various areas of integrated development: ranging from the recovery of heat from businesses in the Brescia area to the storage of surplus heat and to the recovery of heat from flue gases resulting from thermal waste disposal.
